Who Makes Joint Glide? 5 Checks on the Label and the Seller
A name on a bottle is not the same as a maker you can reach. These five checks show who is who and who to ask.
The front of the Joint Glide bottle names Critical Nutrition Labs. No street, town or contact is printed with that name. This website, Thejointglide, is the U.S. stocking partner that sells it. We are not the maker. Five checks below show what is published and which contact to use for what.

Joint Glide is a dietary supplement. It is not FDA approved, and no supplement is. It is not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. This page is general information, not medical advice. Ask your doctor or pharmacist about your own case.
Check 1: Which company name is on the bottle?
Turn to the front and read the top line. It says Critical Nutrition Labs. Under it comes JOINT GLIDE in large type.
That is the brand line. It tells you the name the product trades under. It does not tell you who runs the factory, who owns the formula or where a complaint should go.
Many labels end with a short line that starts with the word distributed or manufactured. Look for it on the back. In the material supplied to us there was no such line with an address, so we cannot give you one.
Check 2: Is there a manufacturer address?
No. The name Critical Nutrition Labs is printed on the front, but no street, town, state, phone number or email comes with it.
This is the gap we would most like closed. A name with no address is a name you cannot write to. It is not proof of anything bad. It is just a missing piece.
We have not filled it in. We will not guess an address or borrow one from another page, because a borrowed address would be worse than a blank. A blank at least tells you where to push. If a maker address matters to you, ask the order desk for it in writing and keep the reply.
Check 3: Who is the seller on this site?
Thejointglide is the seller. We call ourselves the U.S. stocking partner for Joint Glide. Our office is at 9 West 57th Street, Floor 31, New York, NY 10019, USA. Returns go to a different address, 5 Park Avenue, Floor 18, New York, NY 10016, USA.
We earn a commission when someone orders through this site. That is a conflict of interest and we state it near every buy button. The way we handle it is to publish the weak points next to the strong ones.
We are not the manufacturer. We did not formulate the product and we cannot speak for the people who did.
Check 4: Which contact is for what?
Three contacts exist, and each does one job. Mixing them up wastes days.
| Contact | Use it for |
|---|---|
| +1 (727) 351-3065 | Money and parcels: orders, tracking, changes and refunds. Keep the order ID to hand. |
| [email protected] | Mistakes on our pages, privacy questions and press. Staffed on weekdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm ET, and blind to orders. |
| [email protected] | The sales desk email. It is not a product-support line for the manufacturer. |
The names Critical Bench and Critical Nutrition Labs are linked, and yet neither email serves as a help line for the maker, and no such line was published. So there are two practical routes: the order desk for money and parcels, and this website for page errors.
Check 5: What do the lot and certificate numbers prove?
The bottle carries lot JOI-26/TH-3366. The certificate reference is JOI-3366-26-TH. Both are useful when you call the order desk, because they help match your bottle to an order.
The second number needs care. A reference on a label is not a document. The certificate itself was not published to us. The lab is unnamed, the date is missing and no report came along. So the number points at a paper we have not seen.
The same is true of the Lab Tested mark on the front. It is printed with a microscope icon, and nothing stands behind it that we could read.
What about the Doctor Formulated badge and the USA claims?
A Doctor Formulated badge appears on the listing. The label, the listing and our other papers all leave the doctor unnamed. We refuse to make a name up. A title that nobody can look up proves nothing.
A stars-and-stripes badge on the listing reads MANUFACTURE IN twice around a USA shield and never finishes the sentence. We treat it as a broken graphic and do not rely on it. What we do know is that the market is the United States and that orders ship from the United States.
Is this site the official one? We describe ourselves as the U.S. stocking partner and nothing more. We do not claim to be the maker's own website.
Frequently asked questions
Who makes Joint Glide?
The bottle names Critical Nutrition Labs on the front. Nothing else about that company is printed, so we cannot say more.
Is Thejointglide the manufacturer?
No. Thejointglide is the U.S. stocking partner for Joint Glide. We sell the product on this site, earn a commission on orders, and are not the maker.
Where is Joint Glide made?
Not published. A made-in-USA style badge on the listing is a broken graphic that never finishes its sentence, so we do not rely on it. Orders ship from the United States.
Who do I call about an order?
Ring the order desk, +1 (727) 351-3065, and quote your order ID. Our website email only deals with page errors and privacy.
Is there a named doctor behind Joint Glide?
None is named. The Doctor Formulated badge on the listing has no person attached to it.
What do the lot and certificate numbers mean?
Lot JOI-26/TH-3366 identifies the batch on the bottle. The reference JOI-3366-26-TH stands for a certificate we were never sent, so what it shows is unknown to us.
Our view
The maker question has a short, honest answer. The bottle names Critical Nutrition Labs, and that is all the bottle tells us. We do not know the address, the factory or the person who signed off the formula.
That does not make the product unsafe or fake. It does make it harder to check. When a maker is hard to reach, the seller matters more, which is why we put our own office, our returns address and our phone line on the page.
If you want more, ask the order desk before you pay and file the answer. If what is known feels enough, the buy button is below.

Comfortable with who sells it and what is unknown about the maker? You can look at the price and the guarantee in one step.
